For Greater Good will play live at Summer Darkness, Utrecht, Sunday 31st of July 2011 at the X-rated Stage.

For the Summer Darkness festival they will perform with bass-clarinetist Peter Geysels (see also: God, Man & the Devil) and sound engineer Mark Burghgraeve (see also: Somnambulist). Summer Darkness is a dark underground interdisciplinary festival, located in the beautiful premises of the gothic city centre of Utrecht. Apart from the location, Summer Darkness outshines in a mixture of music, fashion, arts, market, and dark underground dancenights. Summer Darkness brings together a varied array of bands and genres today’s underground has to offer. New-wave, ambient, electro, medieval, neo-folk, EBM, darkwave, synthpop, futurepop, neo-classical, industrial, noise and now also dubstep and witchhouse: take your pick, it’s all there.

Since a few years Summer Darkness is teaming up with KinkFM Radio to present the X-Rated stage to you. Kink X-Rated is since many, many years THE radio show on KinkFM for music genres such as Dark Ambient, Avantgarde, Industrial, Neofolk, IDM, Noise-Electronics and other even more experimental things. This year the X-Rated stage will be open for two days.

On Saturday you can see performances of Kristus Kut, The [Law-Rah] Collective and Wikan.
And on Sunday For Greater Good, Akoustik Timbre Frekuency and Machinist will be under the spotlights.

The main stage for that day offers loads of goodies like The Neon Judgement, Nitzer Ebb, Killing Joke and many more…
