This friday 19th of October we are proud to present the infamous rockabilly band The Seatsniffers and local rock'nroll band CCC @ Moevement, Lier, Belgium.
And on the next friday, the 26th of October it's electro time at JH De Moeve, Lier, Belgium. With belgian bands Liquid G., Morph Control and Obverse Reality turning up the beats.
Afterparty will be hosted by bpuntart (Beati Mortui) and myself.
Doors open at 20h00 with the first gig at 21h00.

Gothic Festival, the aftermath...

First of I want to thank the organisers for throwing a really great festival and party. I had a really great time, meeting loads of people for the very first time, seeing others again i hadn't seen for years and of course the regulars ;-)

I worked up quit a sweat jumping round to the heavy beats of Front 242 and had a great time at the afterparty...

Up to the next edition (25-26-27th of July 2008... so put that in your agenda already).
Next festival i'll be attending will probably be Summer Darkness in Utrecht (Holland).

BODY BEATS PRODUCTIONS & DARK ENTRIES present their second MINIMAL/MAXIMAL NIGHT!

They invited the Belgian electro/EBM cult band PARADE GROUND to come and present us their upcoming new album ‘Rosary’ (produced by Patrick Codenys of Front 242) with an exclusive live concert. Although their sound evolved throughout the years, the brothers promised us some of their classic songs will be included in their set list!
Also, they got Canada’s best known synth-electro pop band PSYCHE as headliner and special guest.
Psyche’s ‘head and voice’ Darren Huss will bring a mixture of new and classic tracks.
And last but not least, the evening will be spiced up by a BODY BEATS vs DARK ENTRIES After-Party with DJ BORG vs Dark Entries DJ’s.

WGT2007, a quick note on...

WGT2007 - Driving there went fluently enough, but then... 5 hours to get the passes/parkingpasses we needed and even then, we didn't have the right ones, luckily for us, security was at an all time low at night so even without correct passes we could walk where we wanted to... anyways Front 242 played an awesome gig, load, hard, harsh, and full of energy as it's supposed to be... afterwards I enjoyed Vive La Fête, drinking Met (=some kind of honeywine) and meeting people at the afterparty at Agra Hall... the afterparty was okay... especially the company was nice, meeting loads of new people and seeing others again... thanx for the fun.
Driving back was a breeze, you gotta love the German highways where you can easily go 200 km/h :-)
Anyways...

Wave-Gothic-Treffen 2007 @ Leipzig, Germany

One more day of work, some dj-ing on fridaynight and then I'm off for a couple of days to go and see loads of bands and meet loads of people at Wave-Gothic-Treffen 2007 @ Leipzig, Germany.

Some of us have already made arrangements on meeting, for all other friends that are also attending the festival... let's meet...

25th and 26th of May, last party weekend before the exams at YH De Moeve, Lier, Belgium

Friday 25th it's time for GREEN and we'll be spinning some fat beats
(we've got a fine selection of beats waiting for you all...)


and Saturday 26th it's good old/new rocking time... as the Offstage-crew put up their tents at YH De Moeve
(well at least for those attending, as I will be well on my way to Leipzig at that moment... :-)***)

Body Beats Night, the aftermath...

Thanx to everyone for showing up on monday for a great Body beats Night.
Special mention goes to the people that travelled all the way from France, Germany and even Sweden to come and join in the fun. I had a great time meeting people too bad i was so busy organising and such... next time... next week Ordo anyone???

Since some problems occurred with the invitations by email, quite a lot of people did not receive an invite at all.
